Who would not want even in old age in his familiar home to continue living? Care for people suffering from dementia or the care home despite loving relatives in the long run, however, is not always accomplished. In our outpatient community "at the water tower" of care can people who because of their disease can not live alone in their own homes, but live in a private setting. The focus of the WG is the common everyday life activities. In outpatient residential communities, the patients live until her death in an environment that provides safety and security, offers the greatest possible independence and promotes their abilities. We are convinced that such a residential community can also be a good alternative to residential care.
